Stroke Improvement

- You wanted to swim a few laps, but find yourself out of breath after just one? Or perhaps you’ve mastered breaststroke but struggle to breath properly during freestyle?
- Curriculum designed for those who are already comfortable in the water and ready to swim with greater efficiency, grace and purpose.
- What You Will Master
We emphasize technique to make swimming feel effortless, not exhausting.
The Art of the Breath – Breath control is the biggest challenge at this stage. We teach proper inhalation and exhalation techniques so you no longer gasp for air at the wall.
Stroke Development – Refine the basic survival strokes of Breaststroke and Freestyle, transitioning into smooth, efficient swimming. - What you will achieve
Swimmers will strive towards swimming 50–100 meters continuously using Freestyle and Breaststroke, maintaining steady and consistent breathing throughout. - Class Atmosphere

Fitness & Performance

- Curriculum designed for experience swimmers eager to refine their competitive skills and master intricate stroke techniques
- Whether you’re a triathlete, a Masters swimmer, or a fitness enthusiast seeking a more challenging workout, this is your lane.
- What you will achieve
Swimmers will strive towards completing a 2,000-meter swim workout and master all four competitive strokes.
Which Level Suits Me Best ?
Beginner : Unable to submerge the head or swim independently.
Intermediate : Can float and swim 5 – 10 meters independently but lacks “proper” stroke technique.
Advanced : Can comfortably swim a full lap of the pool and is eager to learn all four strokes.
